It is simply the most exquisite home that can be rented for a vacation. This property is right on the ocean, so every bedroom and every room has a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally you will have views of Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines Plantation. Just as astounding are the views of the Melrose Golf Course, for your vacation paradise sits right next to the 16th green and the 17th tee box and fairway along the Atlantic Ocean. To take maximum advantage of the outstanding views, there are two oceanfront decks on the second and third floors as well as two fairway decks with an oceanview.
While the setting ranks as the best that can be offered, this treasure of a home will produce the biggest "wow" you have ever uttered. Professionally decorated and masterfully designed, this home will absolutely delight all who have the opportunity to enter. Every decorating element has been beautifully crafted and elegantly blended so that everywhere you look, you appreciate what a one of a kind, remarkable home you have rented for your oceanfront piece of paradise. Starting with the third floor, the great room is breathtaking, not only for the views on three sides but also because of the architecture and décor. The living area exquisitely blends sea foam colors and fabrics found on the sofa, two swivel chairs, two plaid chairs and two more plaid ottomans. Running throughout the great room is the beautiful natural wood flooring. Against one wall is a decorative granite fireplace and flat screen TV. Flanking the TV and fireplace are arched built in shelves, which include a wet bar, wine cooler and three unique sets of twelve stemware to toast to "friendship". In one corner closest to the ocean is a cozy table with four chairs. The dining area with its table and seating for eight and the two side tables all are in white, duplicating the look of all the wood in both areas.
As you would expect, the kitchen is grand. Beautifully wood stained cabinets enhance the stunning floors, earthen tiles over the granite countertops and stainless steel built in appliances. A huge island with a granite countertop and four breakfast bar stools, a cook top and warming oven, and arched windows all under a cathedral ceiling, make this a truly remarkable kitchen. Now add the ocean views and you see why this is a kitchen to remember. Additionally, should extra refrigeration be needed, you will find a second full size refrigerator in the laundry room off the kitchen. The master bedroom on this floor is oceanfront with access to a private balcony. The bedroom is awesome with a beautiful king bed, handsome armoire with TV and matching chest and end tables. There are also two rocking and swivel armchairs and bench. The master bath is majestic with a cathedral ceiling, oversized spa tub, travertine floor, dual sinks and granite step down spacious shower.
Completing the description of this level includes the grand oceanfront balcony, which offers both a covered and open deck. Here you will discover views out to the ocean as well as a sweeping view out to both Hilton Head Island and Tybee Island in Georgia. For your pleasure are rocking chairs and a table for eight. The porch with the golf course view and the ocean views has a gas BBQ grill and a table for eight.
The entrance to the home is up a flight of stairs to the second floor. On this floor are four fantastic bedrooms along with a beautiful, charming den as well as a desk area with printer and hi-speed internet. One of the bedrooms, that could easily be called another master bedroom, has a spectacular oceanfront view and balcony. Here you will find all white furniture and windows surrounding a stunning king bed, beautiful chest with TV, cushioned chair with fabric matching the throw pillows on the bed. The large private bath has a terrific stone floor, dual sinks and an oversized spa tub and separate shower. The next bedroom is equally as exciting, for it too is a master bedroom with king bed, beautiful wood flooring and oceanfront with great windows for views out to the ocean and along the beach. White Nantucket themed furniture including a bench at the foot of the bed, shell lamps, two sisal area rugs and a massive armoire with TV, prints, ferns and fish sculpture all combine to make this a wonderful bedroom. Just as the other master was described, this bedroom also offers a great master bath with an oversized spa tub, separate shower, dual sinks and stone floors. The third bedroom on this floor faces the golf course, yet also offers ocean views. Here you will find a queen bed, again beautiful wood floors, white furniture, matching armoire with TV, fun wall art of herons and sea horses and private bath. The last bedroom is delightful with white wainscoting, twin beds decorated in a blue and white nautical theme with matching chair, sailboat and beach chair lamps, wainscoted armoire with TV, private bath and views of the golf course and ocean. Completing this floor is the oceanfront den. This charming open den area offers a wall mounted flat screen TV, plaid sectional, desk and windows and door out to the ocean front balcony.
This incredible home offers the vacationer so very much and yet there is more to describe, for up on the top floor is a wonderful second full sized family room with balcony which offers simply breathtaking views. This spacious informal gathering area has a big wall mounted flat screen TV and across from it is a blue and white sleeper sofa, chairs with ottoman, coffee table and over the double doors to the balcony, a mounted swordfish. Stepping outside onto the balcony you will be able to look up and down the coast and out to the horizon. The view just doesn't get any better than this.
