The home itself has a grand presence supported by a brick staircase and columns on the outside. Opening the front door you step into a two-story living room with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful views of the pool and tropical private backyard. The spacious living room has a brown sleeper sofa and love seat, other chairs and tables all oriented to a wide screen TV with a VCR and DVD and the log-burning fireplace. Off the living room is the formal dining room, which seats six. The large kitchen offers white cabinets, dark granite countertops, and a center island with a cook top stove and white appliances. Part of the kitchen is a breakfast table area that seats four and is nestled next to a bay window that overlooks a small fishpond surrounded by bamboo. Additionally there is an informal sitting area with large wicker furniture and coffee table surrounded by windows offering views of the tranquil pool setting. Completing the floor is a half bath and a separate laundry room. Up eight steps you will come to a landing where you'll enter a large master bedroom. Here you'll find a king bed, black furniture, a TV with DVD. The large private master bath has a spa tub, separate shower and dual sinks. This master bedroom directly overlooks the pool. Up seven more steps you'll come to the main sleeping area. The most unique bedroom has a six-sided wall of windows, white clapboard and wicker bedroom furniture including a queen bed and a chest of drawers with a TV.
