This beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath home with a large lanai and heatable pool* is situated on the 6th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course in Sea Pines. It has an absolutely splendid view in a gorgeous setting of palm and oak trees and fairway. This wonderful vacation home has been beautifully decorated offering traditional, elegant, and oriental themes and enhanced by wonderful beach and low country paintings. It offers an exciting cathedral ceiling living room with floor to ceiling windows and a large flat screen TV, with a BlueRay Player and a dining area surrounded with windows on three sides providing the exciting views of nature and the sunny pool and lanai. The living area offers two full sized yellow flower couches, a marble coffee table, decorative only fireplace and various leather and fabric chairs along with oriental lamps tables and chest. The dining area provides a mirrored dining room table with seating for eight. Above is a crystal and brass chandelier. Off to the side is a black trimmed burled wood oriental chest.
The large kitchen with numerous creamed colored cabinets with windowed doors has black appliances and a glass topped kitchen table with views of the fairway and access to a large benched deck. The spacious kitchen looks out into the cathedral ceiling family room via the open breakfast bar. The family room with two leather chairs and ottomans also offers a red plaid couch, mirrored wall with built in TV, DVD and VCR and a decorative fireplace. There is also a wet bar that contains an ice making machine. Behind the couch is a wall of windows and a sliding glass door with access to yet another large deck.
In a wing off the main living area are two of the five bedrooms. This first bedroom is the master, which looks directly out via a large window and sliding glass door onto the length of the pool. This room has an oriental themed chest, armoire and end tables. Sitting on the armoire is a TV with VCR. The master bath has a large dual sink and mirrored area along with a separate bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, (this king bed may be separated into two twin beds upon a two week advance notice), pine furniture, TV with VCR and an elegant bathroom with shower, baroque mirror, brass chandelier and skylight.
Off the family room and past the laundry room, which has a second full sized refrigerator, are 6 stairs which take you to the area with the three remaining bedrooms. However, before you get to the bedrooms you arrive at a landing which conveniently offers a sleeper sofa, coffee table and chest with a TV and VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a king bed TV, VCR and a private bath with a combination shower and tub. all TVs will offer all Starz & Showtime. The fifth bedroom is up 16 stairs to a hideaway bedroom, which offers two twin beds, TV and VCR. Either the bath of the third or fourth bedroom, one level below would need to be available for the guests occupying the upstairs fifth bedroom.
Outside is the large 16' x 32' pool surrounded by the lanai offering plenty of decking and sun along with lounge chairs, glider, end tables and a six chaired table and umbrella. Also available are two grills, one propane and one charcoal. Once again, the setting is majestic as your very private elevated pool deck area is surrounded by a tall grove of bamboo, hedges, palm trees, oaks and panoramic golf course views.
This wonderful home is situated in the middle of Sea Pines. The Sea Pines Beach Club is about a 3 minute drive by car and the famous Harbour Town with its shops and marina is about a two minute drive away. Sea Pines offers numerous beautiful bike paths, two outstanding golf courses and a tennis center along with numerous boutiques and restaurants.
